Andree Martinez

Andree was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was brought up within El Paso, Texas. Her family is full of entertainers. Her childhood included TV stars such as Karla as host of Univision's Despierta America. When she was a child she was surrounded by television personalities such as her younger sister, Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) which is one of the biggest electric utilities in America. SCE is responsible for his business's programs, activities and guidelines that emphasize the safety of employees and their security. Martinez helps safety leaders achieve their safety goals by providing supervision and guidance for them, as well as quality safety programs. Before assuming his current role Martinez was the director for Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that Martinez held the position of director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the course of his thirty years working at SCE Martinez has held several senior positions within corrective action and improvement initiatives, including positions in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees as well as the general public from dangers.
