Sharon Yvonne Stone, born on March 10, 1958, at Meadville (Pennsylvania) was born to Dorothy Lawson, a former worker at a factory, and Joseph William Stone, a maker of tools and dies. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her brothers and sisters. Stone is a gifted student in the classroom as young children, began her second grade education at the age of five. Saegertown School in Saegertown Pennsylvania was her high school. Her graduation was in 1975. Also, Stone competed and won in the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone was able to move to New Jersey with her aunt in 1977 to take on a modeling job and signed up with the Ford Modeling Agency within a month. In Europe, she spent a full year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone did, however, become dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. Stone decided to keep her acting career going as an actress while she was in Europe. Woody Allen's film, "Stardust Memories", got mixed praise at the age of 20.
